Getting Started With CrossFit Fort Myers:

We recommend learning as much as possible about Crossfit before making a commitment. Please take the time to read the articles available to you on our home page under “Must Read for Newcomers!” We have a unique definition of fitness and methodology of training unlike any commercialized fitness program on the open market.

Crossfit is a deliberate attempt to change the way people train for general fitness. Unfortunately, the fitness industry has saturated our mindsets about fitness with fraud and turned it into a fad-based multi-billion dollar industry interested in selling products and memberships without any accountability on success.

CrossFit is real fitness with real evidence based results and measurable data points. This program works, period.

However, we are only willing to work with people that are truly committed to improving their physical performance and lifestyle through hard work and commitment. This is usually a very small percentage of the population.

We require an initial commitment of three (3) months due to the sport nature of this particular type of training. With commitment comes success and we are only interested in success, not just receiving your money.

To begin the process:

1.) Email your request to schedule a Free Demo Workout. Demo’s are scheduled on an individual basis worked around your schedule.

2.) Schedule your CrossFit 101 Introductory Sessions. If you enjoyed the Free Demo Workout and like what we do, now you need to complete your "101's" - more info available here http://cffm101intro.blogspot.com/ *Cost is $100.

3.) After successful completion of the "101's" we require all new members to make an initial commitment of three (3) months at a cost of $360. *Active Military/LEO/Fire/EMS receive 15% off.

Once you are established you may continue to pay in three (3) month blocks @ $360 or month-to-month @ $150.

We train five days a week with programming Monday - Friday, and classes available at 5am/6am/7am/8am/9am/6pm/7pm.

There are no contracts. There are no long term obligations. We'll never ask for your credit card or bank account number. You simply pay for the requested amount of training services - you are not purchasing a membership, and we'll never "hold you hostage" as many commercial gyms do.

If you have a quality program that delivers results you shouldn't worry about leveraging yourself against your clients' assets. The truth is, most gyms want you to pay and NOT show up. At CrossFit Fort Myers it's the opposite - I've fired clients for not showing up.
